  • Teaching materials

  • Online resources

  • Physical books (if offered)

All purchases are subject to availability and pricing accuracy.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality and activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

All music, arrangements, text, graphics, recordings, and teaching materials are the exclusive property of Susan Staples Bell Music and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or distribute files

  • Upload files to public websites

  • Share with other teachers or studios

  • Resell or sublicense materials

Except as permitted in the License Agreement below.

Payments

Payments must be completed before downloads are released. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Website interruptions

  • Compatibility issues

  • Download problems caused by user device/software

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Updates

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2️⃣ REFUND POLICY (NO REFUNDS)

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (including sheet music downloads, PDFs, audio files, and online materials) are final.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

Physical Products (if applicable)

If physical books are sold:

  • Damaged or defective items may be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of damage may be required

  • Replacement is provided instead of refund

Incorrect Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds for accidental purchases or change of mind.

3️⃣ DIGITAL LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 02-23-2026

This License governs the use of digital sheet music and teaching materials purchased from Susan Staples Bell Music.

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the purchased materials.

Permitted Use

You MAY:

  • Print copies for your own students in your studio/classroom

  • Store files on your personal devices

  • Use materials for teaching and performance within your organization

Prohibited Use

You MAY NOT:

  • Share files with other teachers or studios

  • Email PDFs to others outside your studio

  • Upload files to websites, cloud sharing, or social media

  • Resell or redistribute files

  • Modify and distribute altered versions

  • Claim authorship or copyright

Studio License Option (optional if offered)

If a multi-teacher or studio license is purchased, usage is limited to that single organization/location.

Copyright Notice

All materials remain copyrighted. Purchase grants usage rights only — not ownership.

Unauthorized distribution may result in:

  • Termination of license

  • Legal action

  • Copyright enforcement penalties

Termination

Violation of this agreement automatically terminates the license.
