Waiting for Your Return: An Original Love Song- Love is patient. Love is kind….. Have you ever had to wait for something to happen? Or someone to arrive? Unsure of what will happen next or what the outcome will be? In this age of instant gratification, it’s sometimes difficult to imagine how it feels to “wait” for something.
This sweet ballad gives us time to pause & reflect- don’t rush the rubatos and fermatas. The beginning immediately sets up a mood of uncertainty by introducing a C natural into the harmonic mix.
