Pop! Goes the Weasel, Elementary Piano Trio
Here’s another fun arrangement from Susan Staples Bell! “Pop! Goes the Weasel”
is a traditional standard kids love to play. Written for Easy Elementary, Part 1 only uses Right hand & Part 3 only uses Left Hand, while Part 2 has the melody and uses Left Hand sparingly. Rhythms are easy and the note names are included in the notehead. Score is provided for the teacher, but don’t be afraid to experiment! Move parts into different octaves! Play Part 1 an octave higher: Part 3 an octave lower. Learning bonus- have each student learn all 3 parts- then make the piece longer by having the students get up, move over, and play the next part. OR mix & match- what would it sound like to have Part 1 on the lower Bass keys?
When PRINTING it is best to print each page as a single: 2 sided copies NOT recommended.
Time length. (01:00). Great for recitals!
This STUDIO LICENSE grants multiple copies in YOUR STUDIO only. NOT TRANSFERABLE. Please be courteous to the composer whose creativity and efforts brought this music to you. Your support helps earn a living.
